Exchange Policy

We offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Clothing items must be unworn with original UNSOLD tags intact.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • All original packaging and tags must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all exchanges.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at unsoldofficial@gmail.com or message us on our official social media channels with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Currently, we only offer exchanges or store credit. We do not provide cash refunds unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect from our end.
